ALJECO management conducted a 1 day field trip to Dodoma Airport. The trip was joined by the Raising Godly Children who were conducting a field trip as well. For ALJECO kids it was their first time to get in the airport and they were very eager to explore.

The trip started with touring the environment of Dodoma Airport in general, where kids explored the waiting room and special waiting rooms, often called "lounges". Terminal building, Hanger, Parking. It

was followed by the kids speaking to the pilot who had just landed who explained more about the rules and regulations when taking off like turning off all personal electronic devices, including laptops and cell phones, fastening seat belts.

The main objective of this trip was to allow the kids to learn and understand things without asking themselves questions so as to improve their critical thinking skills on how things are operated at the airport. All kids were able to bring home note from the pilot and Dodoma Airport Staff. After the trip the kids had an opportunity to have a lunch at Dodoma Chinangali Park.
