What are we doing?

Over the last years ALJECO Home proved to be sustainable. The children are developing well, doing great at school and have been raised with values and self-esteem. This is mainly thanks to a great team that is taking care of them. From gardener, guard and mother up to management level, each and one of them had a positive impact in the children’s lives. We will continue doing so; staying motivated and driven by love for the kids.

In the future some small projects are planned, to mention some:

·        Construction workshop where children can practice certain skills

·        Construction accommodation for when children are 18 years or older and although living on themselves still would like to stay nearby ALJECO.

In the end it is  our goal to prepare the children for their future and to ensure that they are able to contribute to Tanzanian society and the world  and that they will live in in a positive way.
